We recently stayed at the Soledad Canyon RV Campground and Resort in Acton, CA. First impression of this campground was that the staff was friendly and the check in area was very nice.
A train runs near the lower campground areas, and you can see our tour and review on this video! Let us know in the comments of the video if you have any questions about this campground.
This campground is surrounded by mountains and is located near the small town of Acton where there is a grocery market, gas stations, and a few restaurants. 20 minutes north is Palmdale, which has everything you could need, including some of our favorites: Target, Aldi, Chick-fil-A, and Starbucks!
Overall we enjoyed this campground. We didn’t love having to drive around to get to the N section and hope the bridge is fixed soon! It was great to stay in driving distance of Los Angeles. You can also catch the metrolink train nearby if you would like to take a train into the city!
Let us know how you liked Soledad if you have been there. Or let us know any questions that you have!
